Launch the downloaded program. It may be in your Downloads folder.
Provide the 9-digit number to allow access.
When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program.
Management Agent
The management agent allows remote managements features including antivirus, remote access and online backup.
Note: You must click Run/Open and allow any security prompts on your computer. The agent will install in the background, you may not see the installation progress, but you can continue working.
